This is a quick, simple and delicious treat for your furry friend. We promise your dog will go bananas when they get a slice of it. Avoid this recipe if your dog has any allergies to any of the ingredients, or if they are on a low sugar diet.

INGREDIENTS

  • 350g whole wheat flour
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 10g honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 125ml almond milk
  • A bit of butter

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (160℃ for fan-assisted ovens).
  2. In a bowl, mash ripe bananas with a fork.
  3. Add egg, almond milk and honey. Mix well.
  4. In another bowl, add wheat flour and cinnamon. Mix well.
  5. Stir the banana mixture in. Mix together until combined.
  6. Grease the loaf pan with butter.
  7. Pour the mixture in the loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 45-50minutes or until placing a stick in the middle of the loaf, from the top of the bake to the bottom of the pan, comes out clean.
  9. Leave to cool on a wire rack before serving.
