Takk, one of the North Quarter’s cool hangouts serving delicious coffee and cakes. They also have treats on hand for your doggy pal, so there is something for everyone.
If you and your pup are food aficionados, Elnecot is where you two should go! This pup friendly restaurant offers some of the best food in Manchester with an open door policy for dogs. The chefs will happily make your four legged friend something delicious from the menu such as the pale ale ox cheek and meatballs in tomato sauce.
If casual is more your scene, then check out the award winning gourmet grilled cheese spot Northern Soul Mcr. They are always happy to welcome adorable pooches.
After some dog walking in Manchester why not head to the Albert’s Schloss, the new and upcoming place for you and your furry friend. A fun and lively Bohemian German-styled palatial bar with delicious food and a great bar. Probably best to take small to medium dogs here as we hear it can get quite busy.

Tiny's Tipple

When? Sun - Thurs 12pm to 8pm, Fri - Sat 12pm to 9pm
Why? Named after their mascot, Tiny is the resident dog here and he’s more than willing to share his humble abode with like-minded pooches.

The Beagle
Where? 456-458 Barlow Moor Road, Chorlton, M21 0BQ
When? Tues - Thu 4pm to 12am, Fri - Sat 2pm until 1am, Sunday 10am to 12am.
Why? The clue’s in the name - a pub for dogs owned by dog lovers. It doesn’t get much better than that!
The Wharf
Where? 6 Slate Wharf, Castlefield, M15 4ST
When? - Tues - Thu 4pm to 12am, Fri - Sat 2pm until 1am, Sunday 10am to 12am
Why? There’s not many places where your dog is made as welcome than you, if not more so, but that’s sure the case with this place! The two of you can enjoy soaking up the sunshine outside before venturing inside to get all cosy.
Black Milk

When? - Mon-Thurs 12pm-11pm, Friday 12pm-00am, Saturday 10am - 00am, Sunday 10am - 9pm.
Why? - Looking for a doggy friendly place for dessert? Look no further. Black Milk is a charming diner style dog friendly cafe, serving up milkshakes, baked goods and sundaes. Vegans can enjoy plant based treats including ice cream, sorbet and a luxurious Bisoff milkshake. They have treats at the door and bowls of water on request.
