Why did you join BorrowMyDoggy?
Lockdown was easing up and I had developed the habit of walking to St James’s and Hyde Parks. I was offering my devices to anyone who was possibly less mobile and wanted their beloved pet walked. Instead I got a 26 year old starting his first job with the most adorable Yorkshire Terrier . I have been looking after Timmy one day a week for over 4 years and absolutely adore him. His owner and I are also good friends.
How has your BorrowMyDoggy experience changed your life?
I really look forward to my one day a week with Timmy as he’s so adorable and always seems really pleased to have his day with me.
How have you benefited from being a BorrowMyDoggy member?
Being single and travelling a lot and with a busy social calendar I wouldn’t have the time to devote to my own dog. Having Timmy one day a week is perfect.
What's been the biggest surprise for you in being part of our community?
How well Borrow my Doggie works for owner and pet alike.
