Dog Meditation14 July 2023
Have you heard of mindfulness? It’s the basic human ability to be fully present, to be aware of where we are, and what we are doing, and not overly reactive or being overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.
In the current day and age, with outside stresses affecting our day to day lives, it can often be difficult to remain cool, calm and collected, and we can easily become worried or flustered on a number of different things. However, by taking a few minutes each day to practice mindfulness can help you tune into how you feel and to aid you into feeling more relaxed and focused.
Dogs are great at being mindful, always living in the moment and being present, so why not enjoy a mindful walk with Wicket.
