High paws to Forbes!
We’d like to say an absowoofly huge thanks and high paws to Freddie Dawson and Forbes for woofing about BorrowMyDoggy.

Freddie started by saying how there are millions of dog-lovers out there who want a dog, but simply can’t have one for a variety of reasons, from rental agreements to a new addition to the family. But why should they have to “go without the companionship and fun a four-legged relationship can bring?” That’s where BorrowMyDoggy comes in, by connecting dog owners to local dog lovers, to leave 'Pawprints of Happiness.’
The article mentioned how our founder Rikke, came up with the idea when she looked after a friend's dog for the day whilst he was out. Instead of sitting at home alone, Rikke and Aston, the gorgeous chocolate labrador, spent the whole day together. Freddie explained how Rikke’s idea went from idea to reality.
Freddie highlights how BorrowMyDoggy has ‘mutual benefits’; the owners get peace of mind that their pooch is being well taken care of, the dog gets even more love and exercise, and the borrower gets lots of happy dog time. So it really is a win-win (or a woof-woof) situation.
We’d like to say a big thanks to Freddie, and everyone else at Forbes, for helping us with our aim to leave 'Pawprints of Happiness' on the lives of dogs and people.
