Gatton Park
Let your pup run wild in a mixture of woodland and open spaces over at Gatton Park. If you’re looking for a quieter route to take with your pup, head over the hill past the stable to join the Discover Gatton route.
Priory Park
If you’re a dog walker in Surrey with a dog that likes to play with other pooches then this is a great place to visit. Hosting regular pug meet ups on the last Sunday of every month and with lots of varied trails and woodland to explore, be prepared for lots of puppy playtime!
Headley Heath
If you’re dog walking in Surrey towards the end of the day, Headley Heath offers beautiful sunset views. With many paths to follow and a great deal of woodland to explore, there is plenty to keep both you and your pup amused. Make sure you sniff out the mobile cafe which can be found beside the main car park.
Chantries Hill

If a cosy pub with delicious Italian food sounds like something you’d enjoy then why not head to The Woolpack? Proudly pooch friendly and offering water bowls for thirsty pups, this makes for a perfect post dog walk stop off.
The Wheatsheaf, Esher
With a lovely pup friendly terrace to enjoy in summer months, and an abundance of comfy armchairs, open log fires and some great menu options this is a great place to visit with your pooch. Don’t be surprised if your dog gets lots of ear ruffles and a water bowl brought straight to them on arrival, as four legged visitors are extremely popular with the locals.
The Bell, Fetcham
This place makes fetch happen (sorry we couldn’t help ourselves). The perfect location to stop off post-walk for a pint of local ale or a bite to eat. With plenty of comfy armchairs and a great menu this is a pub with a nice country vibe.
The Fox and Hounds, Englefield Green
Be prepared for your pup to be spoilt with water and treats at The Fox and Hounds. With a great menu selection and even somewhere to tie up your horse if you’ve been hacking out in Surrey.
The Jolly Farmer, Bramley
If you’re looking for a delicious roast dinner, the Jolly Farmer more than delivers as well as offering yummy burgers and a great drinks menu all in a quirky setting. Well behaved pups are welcome and provided with water on request.
