Milton Country Park

Boasting 95 acres, there is loads of space to walk with your dog. There’s also a Visitor Centre with a cafe, play-areas for children, viewing platforms, and a lovely garden with a sunclock.

Jesus Green

Jesus Green, a great place for dog walks in Cambridge

Jesus Green can be found north of Cambridge city centre. Bordered by the River Cam, it’s a lovely place to enjoy a walk with your dog. If you fancy a snack, there’s a refreshment kiosk open throughout the year, and if you go during the summer, there are band concerts on Sunday afternoons. The park also has six tennis courts, an outdoor swimming pool, barbecues, and table tennis.

Stourbridge Common

Formerly host to one of the most important medieval fairs in Cambridge, Stourbridge is a historical, beautiful site, and an excellent place to enjoy dog walks.

According to the Cambridge Council, “Now classed as a Local Nature Reserve, areas of the common are being managed to encourage diversity of animal and plant species, the grazing of cattle on the space forms part of this effort.”
