Dog friendly places to eat in Surrey

16 March 2023

If you’re a dog sitter in Surrey looking for a pooch friendly place for a bite to eat or a quick drink then you will be spoilt for choice! Here are just a few of our favourites…

The Woolpack, Elstead

If a cosy pub with delicious Italian food sounds like something you’d enjoy then why not head to The Woolpack? Proudly pooch friendly and offering water bowls for thirsty pups, this makes for a perfect post dog walk stop off.

The Wheatsheaf, Esher

With a lovely pup friendly terrace to enjoy in summer months, and an abundance of comfy armchairs, open log fires and some great menu options this is a great place to visit with your pooch. Don’t be surprised if your dog gets lots of ear ruffles and a water bowl brought straight to them on arrival, as four legged visitors are extremely popular with the locals.

The Bell, Fetcham

This place makes fetch happen (sorry we couldn’t help ourselves). The perfect location to stop off post-walk for a pint of local ale or a bite to eat. With plenty of comfy armchairs and a great menu this is a pub with a nice country vibe.

The Fox and Hounds, Englefield Green

Be prepared for your pup to be spoilt with water and treats at The Fox and Hounds. With a great menu selection and even somewhere to tie up your horse if you’ve been hacking out in Surrey.

The Jolly Farmer, Bramley

If you’re looking for a delicious roast dinner, the Jolly Farmer more than delivers as well as offering yummy burgers and a great drinks menu all in a quirky setting. Well behaved pups are welcome and provided with water on request.
