Tea on the Green
With water bowls and treats available for pups and an extensive menu for two legged friends, this is a great place to stop off for lunch after a dog walk. Staff are friendly and the cakes are rumoured to be wagtastic!
The Black Dog
Aside from the pawsome name - this pub prides itself on being pup friendly and will serve up ear ruffles and belly scratches to it’s four legged visitors. With pooches allowed both inside and outside in the beer garden there’s plenty of choice of places to sit and enjoy your lunch. Choose from gastro pub favourites and finish off with a lovely freshly made dessert.
The Strawbury Duck
Close to nearby reservoirs, this is a great place to head for a spot of lunch after a walk with your pup. With outside seating and a cosy pub feel inside, dogs will be provided with water bowls and treats if they’ve been particularly good. You’re likely to see at least one happy pup in residence so be prepared to want to pet all the dogs!
