What our members say

“ I lost my beloved dog, Eric, after 15 amazing years together and not long after my work commitments changed to involve extensive travelling, meaning it wasn’t appropriate timing to get another one. BorrowMyDoggy has allowed me to fill the hole left by Eric by matching me with Ronnie and Nancy, who I spend time with at the weekends and even for short breaks away. All of this is thanks to to the fantastic and trusting friendship that I have developed with their owner, Anna, which was not something I expected when I signed up.” - Ronnie and Nancy’s borrower, Jennifer.

“I joined BorrowMyDoggy when my Samoyed, Sally, was 4 months old and it helped me immensely with her training and socialising. To immediately have access to a group of dog-loving and dog knowledgeable borrowers who were happy to help me out as a first time dog owner with advice, training tips, short walks to tire her out and company for her when I was working, was amazing. The biggest benefit for Sally (besides the sneaky ice-creams her walkers take her to get!) has been the mental stimulus of company for her while I'm out.” - Sally’s owner, Claire.
