Fatto A Mano is an independent dog friendly pizzeria chain with venues in Brighton and London. They specialise in authentic and affordable Neapolitan pizza. They make their dough fresh every day, using the finest Italian 00 flour, salt, water and yeast. Their pizzaioli cook the pizzas at about 450 degrees, for 90 seconds, in true Neapolitan style. Their Hove pizzeria is nestled between the beach a block away, and tree-lined streets.
