If you’re looking for a great day out in Bristol and don’t want to leave your dog at home, then why not check out some of these dog friendly venues.

The clue may be in the name here but The Lazy Dog are an independent, dog loving community pub with a large beer garden, with quality food and excellent service and even winner of ‘Best Food Pub 2016/17’. With doggy biscuits behind the bar there are treats for humans and dogs alike.

Another great but maybe slightly obvious choice is BrewDog, they are indeed dog friendly, hence the name. They offer “cutting edge, rare and downright awesome craft beers from across the seven seas, serves great hand stretched sourdough base pizzas, and promises to shelter anyone wishing to tack against the bluster of the mainstream.” So grab your dog and start ordering!

Looking for a great place for Sunday lunch with your dog or perhaps a spot for an evening meal that fido is welcome to join? The Albion Clifton is a Grade II listed building with an extensive bar and restaurant with local produced fine food, great wines and first class hospitality.

A great place for brunch with your dog is Boston Tea Party, they’ve got a large breakfast and brunch range handcrafted coffee, a beautiful bar and over 120 seats so why not head down?
