Dog friendly restaurants in London16 February 2023
Shake Shack is an American fast food restaurant that started in New York City. They have now opened up seven in London. They serve anything from burgers and fries to milkshakes. What makes them so special is their dog menu! You can order them a Pooch-ini which consists of ShackBurger dog biscuits (in a variety of flavours), peanut butter sauce and vanilla custard. It is a special treat after your dog has been really well behaved for the dog sitter in London.
We have to mention The Gaucho, Hampstead, as being dog friendly because of how welcoming they are to dogs. On the first Sunday of every month, The Gaucho host a Doggy Friendly Brunch. When you go to book a table, the reservation will be made under the dog’s name. When you arrive, your dog will get to walk up the red carpet where you will then be taken to your table. They will have a personalised dog bowl and a selection of beef or chicken pastries made by the chef. You can then tuck into a roast lunch while your dog is happy. It is free to take your dog, and for every dog that comes £5 is donated to Battersea Cats and Dogs home. They can play in the garden that they turn into an agility course and you then get to leave with a goodie bag filled with treats and toys for your dog. When you book a table there, you can tie it in with dog walking in Hampstead Heath before to treat yourself. Or go walking after to fuel up!
This is a lovely pub to go to after a walk in Epping Forest. They are dog friendly and will give your dog a bowl of fresh water and some treats. Your dog can dry off after a wet walk by the open fire.
