Lulworth Cove
Lulworth Cove mixes up flat beaches with steep hills for a varied dog walk in a beautiful setting. The views are lovely and you can visit Durdle Door and Man of War which are nearby, there is a cafe and pub near the National Trust car park if you need to grab a snack or a spot of lunch. All in all a great place to walk a dog in Dorset.
Thorncombe Woods
Another great place for dog walking in Dorset is Thorncombe Woods. There is lots of trails to choose from, perfect for a pup that likes to explore and chase squirrels. With free parking and lots of open space, this a great place to spend an afternoon with your four legged friend.
The North Dorset Trailway
If you’re looking for dog walks in Dorset with plenty of open space then this is the walk for you. Perfect for a nice Sunday afternoon stroll with plenty of open spaces for those all important games of fetch!
Corfe Castle
If you’re looking after someone’s dog in Dorset and you’re looking for an adventurous walk why not visit Corfe Castle. You can even embark on the 12 mile walk to Swanage if you really want to stretch your legs where you will be able to catch the the train back to Corfe after your walk. There are also some slightly more relaxing walks around the castle if you are looking for a more leisurely walk - parking is also available nearby.
