Website Pupdate: Profile pages get a tail wagging refresh

We’ve got some pawsome news to share with our lovely community.

Thanks to all your amazing work sharing Waggy Tales and giving feedback we’ve been able to make some big additions to the website which has now launched.

The biggest change is to the look of your profile pages. They’ve been made simpler and easier to read which means you’ll be able to focus on finding the pawfect dog or borrower match.

You’ll now find everything you need to know about a potential borrower or doggy neatly organised on their profile.

Bigger photos

One of the most requested new features was the ability to enlarge profile photos. We’re excited to tell you that you can now view a beautiful pooch in all it’s glory simply by clicking the ‘Enlarge’ button on the photo thumbnail. Pawfect.

Verification status

We’ve also made the verification status clearer on profiles.

Safety and security is of the pupmost importance to BorrowMyDoggy, the verification icons you’ll find on the top right of a profile indicate the stage the member has reached (Address, phone and photo). These icons can also be found on the ‘Find a Doggy’ or ‘Find a Borrower’ page over the member photo.

Key profile information at a glance

Key information about your pawtential dog or borrower match can be accessed next to the photo - this area also includes location and distance information based on your saved address.

Connect and contact buttons

You can now also send other members a message or leave them feedback all from the easy to access sidebar on the right of a profile page. Borrowers, you can add a doggy to your favourites there too.
