The Barking Hour on BBC London Radio

High paws to Jo Wood and Anna Webb for woofing about BorrowMyDoggy on BBC London Radio’s show ‘The Barking Hour.’ Our founder Rikke was interviewed by Jo and Anna on how BorrowMyDoggy started, and our aim to leave ‘Pawprints of Happiness’ on the lives of dogs and people.
A lovely member from BorrowMyDoggy, Sarah, was also on the show talking about her own experience, and how she got on when she borrowed Tilly, a gorgeous Cocker Spaniel. Sarah lives in London and spoke about how she loves dogs and is not in a position to have her own dog. Having Tilly one day a week on her day off is the pawfect opportunity for Sarah to fill the dog shaped hole in her life.
We absowoofly loved hearing how Sarah is giving Tilly’s owner a helping paw when they are busy. When a borrower helps an owner take care of their dog, the owner get’s peace of mind that their doggy is being taken care of by someone who loves dogs, the borrower gets some happy dog time and the dog gets extra walkies and cuddles. It really is a win-win (or a woof-woof situation!) for doggy, owner and borrower :)
Woofs and tail-wags,
The BorrowMyDoggy Team
