A good night had in ‘The Company of Dogs’

Last night, the BorrowMyDoggy team was very excited to attend the opening night of ‘The Company of Dogs’ - an absowoofly pawsome photo exhibition of doggy portraits by Gerrard Gethings organised and hosted by Dogs Trust and Pets Pyjamas.

Along with the wagulous shots of some celebrities’ dogs, there were also beautiful portraits of twenty Dogs Trust dogs from the charity’s Harefield rehoming centre. The pictures will be auctioned online in aid of Dogs Trust and the public can view them at the PetsPyjamas gallery at 81 Leonard Street in Shoreditch from 21st-29th March.

We were lucky enough to meet some of the pooches who were photographed, including McNulty the King Charles Cavalier Spaniel (below left) and her super glam owner Jamie Klinger. McNulty, never one to shy away from the limelight, was ready for her close up from the puparazzi! Guests enjoyed pugsecco and nibbles, as well as lots of tail-wags and face licks from the four-legged attendees, including Sage the Chocolate Lab (below right).

BorrowMyDoggy co-founders Rikke and Les made some new furry friends too!

We had a pawsome time and we highly recommend, if you get the chance, pop to Shoreditch to have a look or you can do so at the Pets Pyjamas website. High paws!

Woofs and tail-wags,
