Why borrow a dog?

Some find that spending time with a dog gives their mental and physical health a real boost.
Maybe they’re planning to own a dog and want to see if they are ready to commit or try a particular breed.
It could be that they’re renting and can't have pups at home right now but they just love dogs.
Maybe they can't commit to the cost of a dog at the moment but need that canine connection in their life.
Maybe they have too many work or other commitments to take on a dog full time.
